Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywna dostawa artykułów spożywczych-pieczywa do Przedszkola Publicznego nr 11 im. Kolorów Tęczy w Czeladzi w okresie od 02.01.2024r. do 31.12.2024r. Szczegółowy opis zamówienia stanowi : Formularz asortymentowo - ilościowo-cenowy oraz umowa. UWAGA: po wypełnieniu wszystkich pól w formularzu asortymentowo-ilościowo-cenowym należy przenieść postępowanie z kolumny zamówienia podstawowego oraz prawa opcji bezpośrednio do niniejszej platformy przetargowej. Wyliczenie należy dokonać z dokładnością do drugiego miejsca po przecinku z zachowaniem zaokrągleń matematycznych. W przypadku rozbieżności w cenie wpisanej do platformy, a wynikającej z podsumowania w formularzu asortymentowo-ilościowo-cenowym przyjmie cenę wynikającą z podliczenia w formularzu asortymentowo-ilościowo-cenowym.
